MyQuickBill GST — Web MP Soft Private Limited
MyQuickBill GST is a business application that provides GST Billing, Business Management, and Staff Management features. We (Web MP Soft Private Limited) operate the app and related server infrastructure.
This is a multi-client app: any company that purchases/uses our software uses the same app. Each client's data is stored and access-controlled separately so that one client cannot view another client's data.
Authorized admins/managers of a client organization can view their staff Attendance, Selfie, Location and Tracking reports as part of workforce/field-staff management.
Organization/admin/user identifiers, business records (invoices, bills, parties, customers, vendors, items, stock, ledgers, reports, etc.)
Selfie/photo for attendance verification, timestamps (check-in/check-out time), precise location (GPS) at check-in/check-out.
When Live Tracking is enabled, we may collect background location even when the app is not in active use. Route/tracking history with timestamps.
App version, device info, crash/error logs, IP/network info for security, support and troubleshooting.
We request device permissions only to provide specific features:
You can disable permissions anytime in device settings. Related features may not work fully if disabled.
With your consent, staff attendance selfie + location and Live Tracking data may be uploaded to and stored on our servers so that the client organization can view reports and manage staff operations. Data is stored with tenant/client separation and access control.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention duration depends on client organization policy, contract, and operational needs. We retain data while the account is active and as needed for reporting, support, auditing, or legal compliance.
This app is intended for business/workplace use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
By registering for and using MyQuickBill GST, you agree to these terms. This is a prepaid service — payment is required before activation of paid plans.
No partial refunds for unused days. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the service does not meet the described features, subject to review.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with other users' access, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Web MP Soft Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in East Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
